Kakadu hats - how to measure your head

Wrap a tape measure or a piece of string (if you use string, you'll need a ruler as well) around your head so that it is above your eyebrows and about 1cm / half and inch above your ears. No need to pull too tight - remember you want your hat to be comfy!

There are some slight variations in size depending on the fabric used for the hat - thicker materials mean the hat fit will be a bit tighter and thin fabrics a bit touch looser

Waxy kangaroo leather

Premium kangaroo leather enhanced with a wax finish for enhanced texture and water resistance

Care

Do not wash or dry clean – brush off surface dirt with a soft brush and/or wipe clean with a damp rag.
Periodically apply a leather wax to maintain water resistance and protect the finish.
To avoid oil transfer, keep away from light-colored fabrics, especially in warm conditions.
Avoid leaving leather goods in a hot car where the high temperatures may affect the quality and finish of the leather.
A good rule of thumb is - if it's too hot to touch, then it's too hot for your hat!

Aviator Hat

I have looked at many aviator hats but have never found the ‘Right’ one, that was until a friend purchased a Kakadu Kangaroo fur/leather hat. I was super impressed with the quality and knew it was the one for me. I ordered online and it arrived quickly and now resides in my open top Hotrod . Those cool morning drives are now toasty warm! Such a Cool period correct accessory! I love it.

Following on from my previous review, I finally received my hat. It is excellent quality & I'm hanging out for a cold day.

Great Hat - Lousy Service

I don't like doing this but I bought my Aviator hat and was promptly deliver on 2nd July. The hat is excellent quality but too large. It was an XL.
So I sent an email the same day (2 July) asking about an exchange.
No response.
On the website it said send back returns so I did on Saturday 6th July.
No response.
Emailed again on 12 July.
No response.
Emailed again 18 July.
Response. Told they haven't seen return but send tracking number in case at Post Office.
Emailed tracking number 19 July.
Not Happy
