Brilliant quality and very good design. I picked mine up directly from their warehouse, and the customer service was excellent. The bag exceeds my standards, and I am pretty fussy when it comes to things I use every day. My last bag (Maxpedition) has lasted 10+ years and I can tell this Kakadu bag meets or even exceeds the durability. For example the sholder straps of the Kakadu is more hardy than the Maxpedition, which has frayed. Its not a heavy bag as one might think a canvas bag would but if choosing longevity an ultra lightweight bag doesnt compare as it wouln't survive nor look after my laptop like this would. I realise this review is a bit extra but its honest and i dont think I am talking it up. all the leather bits are thick single piece real + quality leather. The compartments are not basic but have lots of little dividers stiched in. The main compartment has a lively liner with dividers and compartments etc. Its not some hipster design that looks cool but is cheap and nasty by any stretch! I saw their duffle bags are build very much the same quality and I am tempted to buy one of those also for travelling.
