Description

Built in our Australian Oilskin for the rain, the Storm Jacket comes with an easy snap on hood to keep the water off your neck. A corduroy collar, full cotton lining with two internal security pockets and the button-in liner facility. Double snap down storm plackets cover the front snap closure. Draw corded at the waist, full shoulder cape, adjuster sleeve tabs and bottom front flapped patch pockets that cover handwarmer pockets. Back split for riding. A solid rain season jacket.

Heavy-duty cotton canvas impregnated with oils and waxes which is wind and water resistant yet breathable. It is durable and ideal for outdoor use, with a distinctive rugged texture that ages beautifully over time

Care
  • Do not wash or dry clean – brush or wipe clean with a damp rag or a spray with a hose if it's really dirty.
  • Rewax as needed to maintain maximum water resistance.
  • To prevent the transfer of oils, avoid prolonged contact between oilskin goods and light-colored fabrics, especially in warm weather.
  • When not in use for prolonged periods, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the fabric’s quality and functionality.

Quality outdoor kit

Great quality, sizing as per website, fast and simple delivery to New Zealand, and a great price to boot!!!! Coat has worked well in the winter downpours we have been experiencing keeping me warm and dry. Another bonus it should outlast any of my other nylon “technical fabric” rain gear this coat has replaced. Highly recommend. Will purchase Kakadu items again as the need arises.

storm jacket

My last kakadu jacket lasted many years , gave great service tried a synthetic one during interim did not last and leaked... back to a decent one again heavier but reliable so far only used it once all good looking forward to many more years service. Thank you.
