I didn't receive back with the second delivery. It was missing.

I didn't receive in second delivery although when I returned back for Size change of hat. I returned whole package thinking, you will just change the hat and sent me back the hat and the free Drawcord backpack in blue but to my surprise the free Drawcord backpack in blue was missing in second delivery. Not really happy
