The return label will be emailed to you within 24 hours - print at home or show the email at an Australia Post outlet near you.

Express Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via Express Delivery. Once your package has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns for store credit within 10 days of delivery.

We also provide exchanges within 10 days, subject to product availability.

After 10 days from delivery, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
